After lunch, your small group heads to the intimate, yet modern winery, Twomey Cellars. Founded by the Duncan Family, owners of highly-regarded Silver Oak, the winery uses the same philosophy: use locally harvested fruit to make exceptional wines that are deliciously drinkable upon release. A laid-back Napa Valley vibe is created by their farmhouse-style tasting room that opens up onto a sun-filled courtyard and Sauvignon Blanc vineyard with views of the Calistoga foothills. The Duncans apply their 40 years of winemaking experience to create single-vineyard Pinot Noirs and estate Sauvignon Blancs that pair beautifully with food.

Excellent Tour Guide , very informative! Appreciated all the suggestions. I wish the bus had a bathroom , that we had more white wine options during the tour and that we were told that we would be outdoors. A lot of us in the group thought we would wine taste indoors even with Covid. Lastly, it would have been nice to spend more time at Castello di Amorosa to take it all in more since it was the best attraction of the day. Would still recommend. Thank you Randall !!

We'll pass your kind words on to Randall! We are all being careful with the COVID restrictions but it looks like things will be back to "normal" within a few weeks. Let's hope!

It was nice to see beautiful landscape of Napa and Sonoma. The tour guide was very nice and very informative. Unfortunately, this was rather a side viewing, not a wine testing. Instead of 4 wine testings we had only one real test session. Another one, at Dutch Henry Winery was not really a testing session - just a conversation with one or two mediocre wines. After that we were taking to a Chandon outlet to buy drinks. We spent much over an hour at this highly commercial outlet. And finally, we have stopped at Sonoma Square for another hour and a half to waste of time. Therefore, it was very nice scenery, but very bad wine testing, with very mediocre wines.

We're sorry to hear that our selection of wineries was disappointing...Dutch Henry is usually a highlight. Please get in touch with our guest services office today so we can try to put things right.
