Chris is a excellent guide. Visited four wineries: Ravenswood(no wimpy wines) we walked thru vineyard & sampled wine out of barrel, BR Cohn -Rock n roll, wine & olive oil, had lunch at Buena Vista. Finished at Mayo. Learned alot of history about Sonoma & wine country.Met some nice folk guests. Bought case of Ravenswood Zin 2008 from wine.com the next day.

My wife and I took this tour earlier in the week and had a fantastic time. Chris is an outstanding guide, he is extremely knowledgable about the area and is beyond personable and entertaining. We learned a great deal about the winemaking process from the several wineries and vineyards we stopped at. The trolley was a lot of fun and was a great way to see and experience Sonoma. Highly recommend for anyone interested in seeing Sonoma, trying some great wines, and having a good time!

We decided to take this tour on a short anniversary trip to Sonoma, and it was alot of fun. Christopher was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable and fun! The trolley is really cute and if you're staying close to downtown Sonoma they'll pick you up at your hotel, which is nice. They provide water all-day and lunch, the lunch is by Girl and the Fig and it was yummy. It was nice to be driven around for wine tastings, and the trolley provides the experience of the countryside because you're not cooped up in a car, it was lovely. The only thing I'll say is that the wineries you'll go to are limited and not the best, some are good but there are better ones. However, I understand the limitation because it's a large group and they probably have this set-up ahead of time...so if you're looking for a really fun time with some ok wine and not worried about going to the best wineries, you'll be fine (they aren't bad, just not the most impressive). I think it's fun to do at least once!
