great experience! Our first time in St. Augustine, we loved our tour of Nights of Lights. Highly recommend! We did go down main streets and narrow side streets, we def saw the city! Thank you!

This was the highlight of our night. The people were so easy to work with and communicative. It started to rain while we were waiting and they pulled out a poncho for my Mother-in-law who was in a wheelchair. There were 8 of us and we were all able to participate. The driver was so cheerful and knowledgeable about the event. Thank you for a wonderful evening! This was a perfect way to kickoff our Christmas season.

I had made a reservation for 3 adults for Monday, 11/21 @ 6:00. The total fee was $75. When we arrived, I was told that I owed $225 because 3 rows were reserved rather than 3 adults. I showed my confirmation stating 3 adults. I was told by the shuttle company that this was an error on the part of Viator. Needless to say, this was extremely upsetting; and literally ruined my tour. In addition, our shuttle driver was obviously inexperienced. He drove too fast to get decent night pictures, he went the wrong way on a one way, he spent a long time driving in a residential area where there were no lights, and finished the 30-45 tour in less than 25 minutes. All in all, the night was a complete waste of $75.

Hello, I researched your tour and viator only charged you for one row even though the glitch in their system booked 3 rows as opposed to one in our reservation system which was our loss since we could not sell those additional 2 rows but again you were only charged $75. During Nights of Light it is challenging to navigate around the city. There is an increased amount of traffic and pedestrians at every corner. Most lights are concentrated around the Plaza and the hotel districts. These areas are visited during all our NOL tours. It is impossible to drive too fast on our golf carts specially during NOL with all the traffic. I understand you were seated on the last row of the cart which provides unobstructed views of the city. I have to say in three years doing NOL tours we have never received any complaints about passengers not being able to take pictures.
