The day of our scheduled private tour, approx 3 hours prior, we received an email cancelling. I understand things happen, however, I don’t stay glued to my email on vacation; I didn’t even see the email until I just happened to check it as we were driving to meet up with the tour guide. I feel a call should have been made since it was a private tour, it would have only been one call. Also, unfortunately, because of the late notice, all other tour operators were booked.

The golf carts engine was so noisy that we didn’t hear the music. Very bumpy ride and very short. No stops! Not entertaining but better than walking.

Our family of seven took the Festival of Lights Tours with Luis in his golf cart. Good time had by all. Luis is a very personable, professional guide (and the holiday music was a bonus). Luis give us background, history and found a great spot for a family photo. Great way to see the sights.
