This is an amazing way to see NY and, especially, the Statue of Liberty and bridges. This is a view you won't get from the streets. I appreciated the information given over the loud speaker about the various buildings as we passed them and about the history of NY. I recommend the upper level for the best views and get there early to get the best spots among the railing. Our cruise was not over crowded. People did take off or lower their masks to take pics and talk, FYI, regardless of the staff making it very clear they shouldn't and their attempts to enforce it. I highly recommend a boat cruise.

The tour of the Statue of Liberty was really great and the tour guide was informative. However the boat smelled so bad we couldnā€™t sit inside. Between the bags of garbage on the back deck and the toilets that were backed up it was nauseating. Iā€™m familiar with boats and holding tanks. This was neglected maintenance. I would recommend a different tour boat for this reason We were on the princess boat.
