All guests must pass through airport-style security screening. All items must be able to pass through the screening machine. Large bags and luggage that don't fit in the machine will not be permitted, storage on site is not available. No alcohol, drones, selfie sticks, tools or any type or size of weapon are permitted, legal or illegal. There is no opportunity to check items before screening - they will be confiscated. U.S. Park Police have final say on what is allowed. POSSESSION OF SOME ITEMS MAY RESULT IN SUMMONS OR ARREST BY THE U.S. PARK POLICE.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DEPARTURE TIME: The tour must depart as scheduled to keep with the ferry schedule, unfortunately we cannot wait for late arrivals. A small delay of even 5 minutes could set the tour back 20 to 30 minutes. Please plan to arrive at the meeting point AT LEAST 15 to 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Once the guide departs we cannot guarantee late arrivals will be able to join the tour. This also applies to the meet-up for the ferry from Liberty Island to Ellis Island.
If you are lost and require assistance finding the meeting point please call the number listed on this voucher as early as possible for assistance. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE DIRECTIONS FROM PEOPLE ON THE STREET.
Our guide is our only representative at the meeting point. If you arrive and cant find the guide you must contact us directly for assistance. We are not responsible for information provide by other parties.
Tour operates in all weather conditions so please check the weather and plan accordingly. In the unlikely event that a tour must be cancelled due to weather we will notify you as soon as possible and you will have the option to re-book for another day or receive a full refund. Re-booking is done on a first come, first served basis and is based on availability.
Based on availability guests may be able to re-book to another tour on another date. The ferry tickets that we purchase for your visit are non-refundable and space is limited therefore a rebooking fee will be applied.
Because we must purchase non-refundable ferry tickets for your visit NO REFUNDS will be issued for missing the tour for any reason.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable but this tour is too much for one day. We started the tour at 8:30 and did not finish until 6:00 that evening. We spent way too much time at the Statue of Liberty which limited our time at Ellis Island. We had a very brief tour of a small amount of Ellis Island and then were to tour on our own but we had to leave to grad a quick lunch 20 minutes to get ready for the second part of our tour the 911 and World Trade Center Walking Tour. This tour was great, but after walking all morning and afternoon we were too tired to finish out the afternoon in the Museum which was really one of the things we really wanted to see. We are really fit people and had two high school children with us. We were all exhausted. This tour should definitely be broken up into two days. TWO MUCH FOR ONE DAY.

I was with a group of four on this tour. We were all really pleased with our tour guide Mike. He gave us so much information and made it very interesting. He showed us things we would not have found out on our own. He has a great personality. We could tell he really loved his job. We would recommend anyone to use him.
