All guests must pass through airport-style security screening. All items must be able to pass through the screening machine. Large bags and luggage that don't fit in the machine will not be permitted, storage on site is not available. No alcohol, drones, selfie sticks, tools or any type or size of weapon are permitted, legal or illegal. There is no opportunity to check items before screening - they will be confiscated. U.S. Park Police have final say on what is allowed. POSSESSION OF SOME ITEMS MAY RESULT IN SUMMONS OR ARREST BY THE U.S. PARK POLICE.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DEPARTURE TIME: The tour must depart as scheduled to keep with the ferry schedule, unfortunately we cannot wait for late arrivals. A small delay of even 5 minutes could set the tour back 20 to 30 minutes. Please plan to arrive at the meeting point AT LEAST 15 to 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Once the guide departs we cannot guarantee late arrivals will be able to join the tour. This also applies to the meet-up for the ferry from Liberty Island to Ellis Island.
If you are lost and require assistance finding the meeting point please call the number listed on this voucher as early as possible for assistance. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE DIRECTIONS FROM PEOPLE ON THE STREET.
Our guide is our only representative at the meeting point. If you arrive and cant find the guide you must contact us directly for assistance. We are not responsible for information provide by other parties.
Tour operates in all weather conditions so please check the weather and plan accordingly. In the unlikely event that a tour must be cancelled due to weather we will notify you as soon as possible and you will have the option to re-book for another day or receive a full refund. Re-booking is done on a first come, first served basis and is based on availability.
Based on availability guests may be able to re-book to another tour on another date. The ferry tickets that we purchase for your visit are non-refundable and space is limited therefore a rebooking fee will be applied.
Because we must purchase non-refundable ferry tickets for your visit NO REFUNDS will be issued for missing the tour for any reason.

we had a great time on th walking tour. Although the day was dreadfully hot, the guide was full of knowledge about the surrounding area, statue and Ellis Island. We then had a break and headed on the World Trade Centre walking tour. There were only the two of us, so we really had a one on one tour and the guide was happy for us to take deviations from the main routes to explore. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see it all. Walking tours are the best.

One of the best tours I have ever been on, anywhere! Sal, our tour guide, was incredible. Very funny and so knowledgable about the history and New York generally. He was also able to convey the very sad and serious side of 9/11. Be prepared to walk, but you will learn a lot and love it!

Awesome tour, our tour guide Sal was very informative, patient and even had great suggestions for other things to do and places to eat. Audio equipment is a must, especially in a city like NY. Set aside a least 2hours to see the inside of the 911 Memorial. Be prepared because it can get very emotional so take breaks inside, but a wonderful tribute to those who gave so much.
