All guests must pass through airport-style security screening. All items must be able to pass through the screening machine. Large bags and luggage that don't fit in the machine will not be permitted, storage on site is not available. No alcohol, drones, selfie sticks, tools or any type or size of weapon are permitted, legal or illegal. There is no opportunity to check items before screening - they will be confiscated. U.S. Park Police have final say on what is allowed. POSSESSION OF SOME ITEMS MAY RESULT IN SUMMONS OR ARREST BY THE U.S. PARK POLICE.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DEPARTURE TIME: The tour must depart as scheduled to keep with the ferry schedule, unfortunately we cannot wait for late arrivals. A small delay of even 5 minutes could set the tour back 20 to 30 minutes. Please plan to arrive at the meeting point AT LEAST 15 to 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Once the guide departs we cannot guarantee late arrivals will be able to join the tour. This also applies to the meet-up for the ferry from Liberty Island to Ellis Island.
If you are lost and require assistance finding the meeting point please call the number listed on this voucher as early as possible for assistance. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE DIRECTIONS FROM PEOPLE ON THE STREET.
Our guide is our only representative at the meeting point. If you arrive and cant find the guide you must contact us directly for assistance. We are not responsible for information provide by other parties.
Tour operates in all weather conditions so please check the weather and plan accordingly. In the unlikely event that a tour must be cancelled due to weather we will notify you as soon as possible and you will have the option to re-book for another day or receive a full refund. Re-booking is done on a first come, first served basis and is based on availability.
Based on availability guests may be able to re-book to another tour on another date. The ferry tickets that we purchase for your visit are non-refundable and space is limited therefore a rebooking fee will be applied.
Because we must purchase non-refundable ferry tickets for your visit NO REFUNDS will be issued for missing the tour for any reason.

We had a very full and exhausting day with Sal, who was very knowledgeable. Well organised and a great group of people. I would advise comfortable shoes and a bottle of water and be prepared to feel like you have done New York in a day! Thank you Sal for the memories and your patience with photo taking!

Brooklyn native and history major--perfect combination for a knowledgable NYC tour guide! Guide was early and well-eqiupped with headsets and disposable earbuds for everyone--so much better than the guides that have to yell to their group. We were able to clearly hear him as he described the city and its sites. He was patient as he answered any/all questions posed to him in the extreme summer heat. Presented us with the best photo opportunities he actually laid on the ground to help us capture a family picture with Lady Liberty. He gave us food and attraction recommendations for our stay in the Big Apple. He rearranged our tour to accommodate our train departure--he was AWESOME! We had a great tour and experienced an appreciation for NYC!
