The experience was fantastic! Our guide Leanne was absolutely perfect. Very animated! An incredible amount of information was shared by her, both historical and anecdotal! I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day and a more perfect guide! I will recommend the trip. I would like to tip her more, but I cannot find a way to use debit card or Venmo! Let me know if there’s anyway I can do this for her, she was incredible! Thank you again for the experience!

There was no battery park tour and not sure what skip the line access means , we waited in quite a long line with no apparent priority boarding as described .

Our tour was to leave at 10:45 and we were requested to be there 15 min. (10:15)before departure. We did our part but the tour guide did not arrive until 11:45! A rep was there to tell us about the time change for the tour. We wasted pretty much the whole morning waiting around. Vivian was cordial and organized but by the time we got to Liberty Park, we had to go on our own since we had another tour to catch in the afternoon.even doing that, we found ourselves rushed. It was a waste of $$$ on we could have done the ferry and audio all on our own at a keasurely pace.Tours should leave as scheduled!!!!
