Sunset Sail from Traverse City with Food, Wine & Cocktails

Overview

Wind down and relax as our captain and first mate teach you about our elegant schooner and share stories about the history of the lands, people and waters of the Grand Traverse Bay area. Enjoy complimentary locally sourced gourmet food, wine, and cocktails while watching the sunset paint the sky. This is a 2.5-hour sail.

Check-in at our kiosk 30 min before departure. The 2nd Mate will do a brief welcome about 10 min before departure and then will guide all passengers to board Wind Dancer. We have a variety of beverage options including wine, cocktails, local spirits, soda and water. Food is served around 1 hour into the sail. We respectfully request that guests not bring additional alcoholic beverages. Free parking is available at the check-in kiosk, which is located at The Delamar Resort, 615 E. Front Street, Traverse City, MI. Please bring rain gear, a beach towel, and appropriate non-skid footwear for boating. Tours will be rescheduled if necessary due to inclement weather.

My husband and I went on the sunset cruise and had a fantastic experience. The sailboat owner kicked off the evening and introduced us to the boat and crew. The crew members captain Dan and Mark really made the evening enjoyable and made every effort to ensure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. They answered questions and told great stories, very interesting! There were multiple drink options to suit all tastes and the locally curated foods were delicious. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a fun boat activity.

My wife and I really enjoyed our entire experience. The crew was very friendly and engaging during he entire sail. We were able to experience all the things that go along with sailing a boat like this. The drinks were all locally produced as well as the food. We had whatever we wanted. Great weather for our sail added to the awesome experience. Highly recommend this. Steve & Sue M
