Had a little rough communication at the start. And the local brush fire didn't help. But eventually we connected and I got to take flight! I could loose the take off and landing, but the flight itself was amazing!

My husband and I had a great experience. Claude was very experienced and professional and I appreciated his regard for safety first. My flight was about 10 minutes and my husband got about 15 minutes. I understand the wind and weather are a huge factor, it was just disappointing because of the price tag. One thing to expect is a ton of running around to possible take-off sights and some waiting. I wasn't expecting that and we were on a tight schedule. We ended up taking over 3 hours for the two of us. Also, the drive up to the top of the mountain is pretty twisty, tight and rough on your car. We weren't expecting that either. Communication proved to be difficult too. The phones don't get good service on the mountain or hillsides. He put us off for a day, then the day of flight he put us off 3 hours. I'd leave the entire day open with no commitments. Overall the experience was awesome. Expensive, but awesome.
