Passengers exceeding 275 lbs./124 kg. will be required to purchase an additional seat at 100% of the applicable retail price. Due to weight restrictions seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.
A valid photo identification, such as a passport or driver's license, is required and match reservation.
Must walk through a metal detector.
All bags are subject to inspection. Complimentary lockers are available to hold belongings while flying

From check in to the end of the helicopter ride everything was smooth and efficiently run . The pilot was friendly and very informative during the flight with great commentary. I asked could my daughter sit in front with the pilot as a birthday treat and the company accommodated me . Book you won't regret it

It was a great experience and my first ride which to my surprise went very smoothly. Slightly difficult to make out what the pilot is saying but went really well. Thank you to viator as well, as i got stuck in traffic and was late. I was put on another available slot.
