The New York Pass® is activated upon first use, and is active for the consecutive number of days selected.
You can only visit each attraction once per lifetime of pass. There is however no limit to the number of attractions you can visit during your pass duration.
Child passes are only available for ages 3 to 12 years old. For any accompanying children under 3 yrs old please check with each individual attraction or tour whether infants are accepted and/or need to pay an entrance fee.
Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry does not include entry to Statue of Liberty pedestal or crown levels inside - must be purchased separately.
PLEASE NOTE: Some attractions welcome visitors on the day and some need to be booked in advance, so be sure to check the digital guide for instructions and place reservations well in advance (where needed) to avoid disappointment.
New York also has a few extremely popular attractions that don't have reservation requirements, but will involve wait times during busy periods. These include Top of the Rock Observation Deck, 9/11 Memorial & Museum, One World Observatory, Best of NYC Cruise by Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises and Liberty Super Express Cruise. For these attractions in particular, check all the tips included on the digital guide and app, to ensure you have the best sightseeing experience.

Situated in Lower Manhattan, One World Observatory offers a state-of-the-art viewing platform 102 stories above ground. Travel straight to the top in 47 seconds in the SkyPod Elevator and delve into the cities cultural and financial history with interactive displays, and interesting talks led by the Tour Ambassadors. Statue of Liberty

Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Ferry - *Does not include entry to pedestal or crown levels inside Statue of Liberty - must be purchased separately.* No New York visit is complete without an official welcome from Lady Liberty. Disappointed that I didn't get to go to Statten Island. We arrived at 9AM on Friday 14th, tried to get our tickets and were shouted at "we are closed" - there were no signs, no explanations, nothing. We tried to find someone to explain what was happening but no one was around. Another tourist old us he thought he had heard someone say it was 11AM opening. We returned later, got our tickets, stood in the queue for 1 hour and 55 mins, we got the front of the queue where you wait for the ferry to be told that it would another hour before we could board as the 12.10 ferry hadn't happened!! Needless to say that the trip was abandoned. Customer Service at this Tour was atrocious, all they do is shout at you to move up the queue when clearly there is nowhere to as there isn't a ferry to board.
