The New York Pass® is activated upon first use, and is active for the consecutive number of days selected.
You can only visit each attraction once per lifetime of pass. There is however no limit to the number of attractions you can visit during your pass duration.
Child passes are only available for ages 3 to 12 years old. For any accompanying children under 3 yrs old please check with each individual attraction or tour whether infants are accepted and/or need to pay an entrance fee.
Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry does not include entry to Statue of Liberty pedestal or crown levels inside - must be purchased separately.
PLEASE NOTE: Some attractions welcome visitors on the day and some need to be booked in advance, so be sure to check the digital guide for instructions and place reservations well in advance (where needed) to avoid disappointment.
New York also has a few extremely popular attractions that don't have reservation requirements, but will involve wait times during busy periods. These include Top of the Rock Observation Deck, 9/11 Memorial & Museum, One World Observatory, Best of NYC Cruise by Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises and Liberty Super Express Cruise. For these attractions in particular, check all the tips included on the digital guide and app, to ensure you have the best sightseeing experience.

Situated in Lower Manhattan, One World Observatory offers a state-of-the-art viewing platform 102 stories above ground. Travel straight to the top in 47 seconds in the SkyPod Elevator and delve into the cities cultural and financial history with interactive displays, and interesting talks led by the Tour Ambassadors. Statue of Liberty

Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Ferry - *Does not include entry to pedestal or crown levels inside Statue of Liberty - must be purchased separately.* No New York visit is complete without an official welcome from Lady Liberty. we were given the impression that by purchasing this pass we would avoid long lines, not so.... and being that is was our first time in NY we thought purchasing the 2day pass would have been a bargain for the 80 sights it covered unfortunately in two days we covered 5 sights

Simply brilliant. This pass is so much better value than the one that is widely advertised that only lets you in to 9 attractions. There are 80 on list. I couldn't believe the great value. In three days I managed to do all the major things like the Empire State Building, Top of the Rock, Radio City, 9/11 memorial, MoMA, Guggenheim, The Met, Intrepid, and the River Taxi. The fact that you get 4 river trips included is brilliant. All the venues knew about the pass it was really simple and in many places you skipped the lines. I went to other places that I didn't even know about had it not been for the pass (Discovery). Simply put this is great value if you want to do the main tourist attractions in New York. Just make sure you get this one - rather than the other pass.
