The New York Pass® is activated upon first use, and is active for the consecutive number of days selected.
You can only visit each attraction once per lifetime of pass. There is however no limit to the number of attractions you can visit during your pass duration.
Child passes are only available for ages 3 to 12 years old. For any accompanying children under 3 yrs old please check with each individual attraction or tour whether infants are accepted and/or need to pay an entrance fee.
Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry does not include entry to Statue of Liberty pedestal or crown levels inside - must be purchased separately.
PLEASE NOTE: Some attractions welcome visitors on the day and some need to be booked in advance, so be sure to check the digital guide for instructions and place reservations well in advance (where needed) to avoid disappointment.
New York also has a few extremely popular attractions that don't have reservation requirements, but will involve wait times during busy periods. These include Top of the Rock Observation Deck, 9/11 Memorial & Museum, One World Observatory, Best of NYC Cruise by Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises and Liberty Super Express Cruise. For these attractions in particular, check all the tips included on the digital guide and app, to ensure you have the best sightseeing experience.

Situated in Lower Manhattan, One World Observatory offers a state-of-the-art viewing platform 102 stories above ground. Travel straight to the top in 47 seconds in the SkyPod Elevator and delve into the cities cultural and financial history with interactive displays, and interesting talks led by the Tour Ambassadors. Statue of Liberty

Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Ferry - *Does not include entry to pedestal or crown levels inside Statue of Liberty - must be purchased separately.* No New York visit is complete without an official welcome from Lady Liberty. Can't recommend this pass highly enough. So many sights and venues included. Only negative is for those who are not able to obtain the card prior to their trip. I had to collect the card from the office in NYC which took over an hour. But the experiences I had with the card far outweigh that inconvenience!

Definte must do, the day you pick up the pass, tear out off the activies that you want to do, book them if you need to, some of the activites need to be pre booked, a definite must do is Radio City, 911, Rockafellar tour, I wish that they sent out the book to you before you arrived so you can pre book and arranged what activies you want to do, also NBC tour was great, theatre walking tour amazing.

I waited in a very long line to get our New York Pass. I paid $164 (for 3 persons) for the tour bus not worth it because we only rode 4 times.
