The tour begins with a visit with Lina Brown Young, daughter Buffalo’s original King Of Wings, who shares personal photos, stories, and her dad’s long-lost mumbo wing recipe, which had been unavailable for 23 years.

We’ll continue with a stop at the Anchor Bar, where we’ll learn the wild story of how their wings were born by accident and sample their classic Buffalo Wing. The tour concludes with a visit to Tiny Thai, an up-and-coming food truck, where we’ll sample a legendary recipe that connects the past, present, and future of chicken wings.

This tour includes everything: nice people, a great ride, interesting history, varied places, and tasty wings. Marc knows his stuff and it shows. He loves his work and makes sure everyone has a good time. He pays attention to traffic rules and safety.

The whole ride was a lot of fun. Mark had a great path around Buffalo, including the MLK park, which I had never seen. Mark has put great effort into learning the history of not only chicken wings but the city of Buffalo. The chicken wing samples were a big treat too!
