Giving a 4/5 because the view made up for what lacked. The line up is long, but it was managed well for our time slot. Very crowded. We weren’t able to get to top observation deck. But did see at the glass deck. Expensive price for what it is. But the view was fab.

The views would be awesome…if you could see them. We visited for a 6:50 pm visit and paid an additional $10 per person for this “sunset” time. There was such a line up outside on the street that we didn’t actually get to the top until much later. Once we finally made it, there were so many people on the top floor that it was impossible to get anywhere close to seeing the view. People were standing 5 or 6 people deep and they weren’t moving. As a result, our 10 year old grandson never did get a good view. We have visited the Hudson Yards tower, World Trade Center tower and the Empire State Building on other trips and all were better managed than Rockefeller Center. Top of the Rock is far too oversold. We will never go again.

I would NOT recommend! 25+minute wait to get up with a timed ticket. Longer to get down. I would recommend finding a rooftop restaurant and getting view/pics from there for free.

Thank you for your feedback. As we move into warmer weather, we tend to see more traffic. We are working on ways to improve and your feedback helps. Thank you. We will pass this information along to our management team.
