I received a text morning of transfer to let driver know when I was ready. I called when I was ready driver was there in a few minutes. Driver was very professional and friendly. I really loved that I didn’t have to wait for hours for someone to pick us up.

We waited in a rainstorm for 5 hours for this company to show up. After he finally picked us up, he stopped to talk to his next fair for another 20 minutes. We were soaked and our luggage was soaked. The driver offered no apology or explanation for leaving us waiting so long. Jose did not speak to us during our transport at any point. I do not recommend the transportation company that fulfilled our tour needs. Viator was very good at canceling and refunding our last leg of our trip.

Getting a hold of Viator/MyTours was a nightmare after getting off the ship. I was told to find the Viator desk, there was no desk. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes I finally got a live person at MyTours and then they dispatched the van. It was perfect after that, the van driver was wonderful, we did Bayside and he picked us back up right on time. After booking months ago, I did not get enough confirmation and not often enough to ease my mind. I did expect issues and that was true. It ended well.
