Sean was a great tour guide, we saw several horse farms and even got to see Rood and Riddle vet hospital. Saw 4 day old foals up close and stopped at a wonderful bakery for a birthday treat! Definitely worth it on a cold snowy day!

First we went to the downtown tourist office where we asked about horse farm tours. We were given a list of guides following which we proceeded to call each one getting nowhere until we called the last - Unique. Sean Washington took the call and when we said we only had Monday afternoon available Sean said "sure" and picked us up at the Hyatt Hotel even though it wasn't a scheduled pickup location. Sean arrived promptly and we learned that my wife and I were the only ones on his tour! We saw a number of beautiful horses including a yearling - the son of Seattle Slough! The highlight was a tour of the Equine Medical centre where we saw a horse having some minor surgery involving pinning of his ankles. We were so pleased with the tour that we walked back to the tourist centre to suggest they put his name at the top of the list!

We stayed in Louisville and drove down to Lexington to do the horse tour with Mr. Sean Washington and we are so glad we did! Sean is very knowledgeable and friendly! We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone.
