The last time I was in KY when I was 9 I never got to go behind the scenes of the horse farms and learn about how the farms operated. As a horse lover, this was certainly the neatest experience in Lexington to actually get to visit these farms, talk with their employees, and meet the horses up close and personally. Shaun was SO very fun and knowledgeable of the horses, the farms histories, and the history in Lexington as well. A must when in Lexington. Thank you Shaun for a most memorable experience. My mom and I are so grateful!!! Hope to see you in April!!

We took the Unique Horse Farm tour on October 25th as part of a five day trip to Lexington. On this particular day, our tour group consisted of four people. We soon learned that we had a lot in common which made the tour even more fun. But honestly Shaun Washington makes this experience very special for each group. He shows a peek into the horse raising and racing world and helps to make you feel a part of it for a little while. We petted and fed peppermints to some beautiful mares, heard stories of barns and owners that only an insider would know and sat in on a horse sale.We enjoyed a local favorite ice cream and Shaun even helped my husband and I find bottles of Buffalo Trace Eagle Rare bourbon that we had not been able to locate! The afternoon flew by! I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to get up close and personal with this beautiful way of life. Thank you Shaun for a wonderful afternoon!

Entertaining, informative, and interactive! It was amazing getting to ride through (not just by the main highway) beautiful horse farms, walk through the barns, and pet some amazing horses. The properties are immaculate with beautifully crafted barns and training facilities. Shaun's stories were interesting and entertaining. We had a great time on this tour and will definitely go again when other family visit Lexington!
