We recently took a trip to Lexington, Ky. We wanted to experience a horse farm tour to learn about the area. Owner & tour guide Shaun Washington was educational and so friendly! He asked trivia questions that kept our minds busy between driving to the next farms. He made it so fun that three hours went by so fast! I truly enjoyed going to Shadwell Farm...we got to see stallions Albertus Maximus and Daaher!!! Shaun stated nxt time they change Albertus shoes he will mail me one from him! I can't wait to receive it...will go wonderful with my photo collection from our experience! We enjoyed Shaun's wonderful character!

What a great day! Saw so much in 3 hours. Mr Shawn was fabulous. We boarded the bus and he asked what we were interested in. He then took it from there! We went to Keeneland to see the barns/horse viewing and the yearling auction. So cool. We would never have known where to go and what all to see. Mr Shawn knows everyone. Was great to introduce us to staff and owners - didn't feel like tourists- just another party interested in horses. Took us to a horse farm and went into several barns and saw different areas of horse breeding/racing. Met so many horses- fouls, yearlings, mares etc. Mr Shawn is so personable and really helped us see a lot of the farm area of Lexington. He is a fountain of information. Such a great guy and tour. If u want a personal up close exposure to Kentucky horse farms and culture, this is the tour to call.

Shawn Washington was born to be a tour guide. He took us to amazing horse farms, with amazing backgrounds. He told us behind the scenes hilarious stories that his job didn't require him to tell. Each story he told made the trip that much better! He is pretty close with a lot of the people who own the horse farms. Plus, he knows a lot of Lexington's history. He made our trip. He has a genuinely kind, funny personality! He gave our family horse shoes for a souvenir. Yet again, Shawn didn't have to do that, it wasn't required, but he went above and beyond. Our experience was so absolutely fabulous I can not put it into words. All I can say is "take the Unique Horse Farm Tour, it was truly "Unique"! 👌🏻✨
