Minimum age is 8 years old and minimum weight is 70 lbs (32 kg)
Swimsuits and shorts work best. Secure shoes with a heel-strap are required (tennis shoes, water shoes, sport sandals with a heel-strap). Bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel

Great trip with great guide Casey, guide made the experience alot of fun. Anything from Class I to Class IV on the upper river. Great scenery and great trip, if you can get on the a trip with Casey he makes it a blast.

It was a very nice and very scenic trip, loved the history and nature, was very energetic, guide was nice and caring(Chris).We did it for the first time and the guide told us about the things around the route.made it super cool experience
