Minimum age is 8 years old and minimum weight is 70 lbs (32 kg)
Swimsuits and shorts work best. Secure shoes with a heel-strap are required (tennis shoes, water shoes, sport sandals with a heel-strap). Bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel

We enjoyed this so much! Highlight of our trip so far. Burks our guide was so great! Very friendly and funny. He defenetly made the experience so memorable!

Our experience was top notch! Our guide, Will was incredible! He made sure all in the group had a good time. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We loved it and can't wait to visit Tennessee to go again!
