What To Expect

Atlantis Submarines Waikiki

The Atlantis submarine Hawaii adventure begins with a short (approximately 10 minutes) shuttle ride out to the submarine boarding site. Descending below, your time underwater on the Oahu submarine tour is around 45 minutes. Returning to the world above, your shuttle is waiting to return you to land. The Oahu submarine tour dive site is home to many Hawaiian fish, coral and turtles. On this truly eye-opening experience, you'll visit sunken ships, airplanes and other artificial reefs. The submarine has a spacious air-conditioned interior, large view ports and comfortable seating. If you haven't taken a trip to the bottom of the ocean before, the Atlantis Submarine Oahu Adventure is a "must do" for the whole family during your visit to Hawaii. Check out the world's largest hi-tech 64-passenger submarine offers an enhanced amount of personal space and large viewports only available to Premium Tour passengers.

This was such a unique and special day. Everything was incredibly pleasant from our departure point at the picturesque Hilton Pier, to the boat ride, to the submarine ride itself. We saw so many beautiful creatures including turtles, manta rays and even a shark! All from the dry safety of the submarine. I couldn't recommend it more! Thank you to the friendly and professional team for an outstanding adventure!

We went on the Premium Submarine on the first day of our holiday. Our children are very excited about it, as this is something they never done before. An unforgettable memory for everyone. The staff are very friendly and helpful, we feel warm welcomed during the whole trip.

A ride on a submarine was not on our list of things that we needed to do, but we came across a cart selling tickets near the Hilton Village and decided to go. On arrival to the port, guests were grouped and taken by boat to the submarine out in the harbour. We waited until the end of our group so that we could board the submarine last, as I get motion sickness and was unsure how I would cope in a submarine (let alone the boat ride there and back). This meant that not only could we take a photo together on top of the submarine, but we saw an amazing view of Waikiki city and we were able to sit directly behind the Captain (which I think helped with managing my motion sickness). This was a great way to experience being on a real submarine - the staff and experience were excelled. We highly recommend Atlantis Submarines Waikiki.
