The waterfall is spectacular. We enjoyed the adventure of getting there. Prior to kayaking our guide Brian explained clearly what we needed to know to kayak safely. The hike is not that long---maybe a mile, but it was muddy in places and did involve short, shallow river crossings. Brian is a "bird whisperer." He attracted birds with his bird calls, and the birds trusted him, so ate from his outstretched hand.

This was such a phenomenal experience! Brian was informative and entertaining. And after taking some awesome family pics of us in front of the waterfall he showed us some iPhone photo edits that made the pics even better. Book this tour - it is worth every penny. And bring either sturdy water shoes or lightweight hiking sneakers (crocs or flip flops won’t work).
