Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness

Participants must be in good physical condition and able to hike approximately two miles through rocky, muddy and slippery terrain
Must wear shoes that are secure to your feet. No flip flops.
Please bring plenty of water.
Other recommended items to bring: swimsuits, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, snacks, and a towel.
Ziploc bags should be used for cell phones or cameras that are not waterproof
No alcohol
Age restriction is 13-59
Not recommended for travelers with recent knee, ankle or back injuries

The kayak and hike was a great experience. Beautiful views and stunning waterfall at the end. My only suggestion would be to bring waterproof shoes because you will get very wet.

This was an amazing, fun , fun , tour ! Our tour guide " Hawaiian Brian" was THE BEST! He was so knowledgeable, fun & was very attentive to us and making sure we were all safe ! This activity was well worth the $ - the hike to falls was fairly easy but there are some parts that you have to be sure-footed since there are some areas that have rocks , streams & uneven ground .... and can be slippery ! overall -- highly recommend !! After , Brian rec us to eat at a local, casual, place called The Sleeping Giant Grill- yummmmy!!

What a great day! Hubby and I did the 7am which I highly recommend as we had the trail and Falls all to ourselves before other groups came along. On Mondays your guide is Hawaiian Brian and he is awesome. So knowledgeable and so much fun. Breathtaking scenery. Definitely want good footwear, water and snacks. Definitely worth it!!
