This was the perfect trip for adventure junkies. The kayaking was incredibly scenic but on a wide astonishingly beautiful river. Very easy. All double kayaks. The real adventure was tromping through muddy jungle vegetation, fording knee deep rivers and streams to get to an astonishingly beautiful waterfall. Most in our fun group chose to swim under the waterfall. Our guide was Hilarious and Knowledgeable. Hawaiian Brian. He kept us safe shared cultural and horticultural wisdom. Now for the negative. This tour in not appropriate for anyone with any mobility issues. The trail was muddy and slippery. We had a sunny day. I canā€™t imagine how slippery it would be in the rain. Wear Tiva sandals or similar water shoes!! We are in our 60s. We were oldest by twenty years. This is a young person or healthy older only

It was all memorable. The weather cooperated and made even more beautiful! Brian was very knowledgeable and shared so much info about the plants, wildlife, and history of the island.

Bryan was the consummate host. He was excellent with the family traveling with kids, and the solo travelers. We throughly enjoyed his knowledge and experience. He literally had birds fly into his hands. The respect for the land and the adventure made the trip! We were truly blessed to have him as a guide.
