Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
We depart immediately after check-in so no late arrivals will be permitted

Participants must be in good physical condition and able to hike approximately two miles through rocky, muddy and slippery terrain
Must wear shoes that are secure to your feet. No flip flops.
Please bring plenty of water.
Other recommended items to bring: swimsuits, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, snacks, and a towel.
Ziploc bags should be used for cell phones or cameras that are not waterproof
No alcohol
Age restriction is 13-59
Not recommended for travelers with recent knee, ankle or back injuries

Mikaela was effing fantastic!! We had someone in our group that had never kayaked before and she was so patient with him. She was a pleasure to talk to during the tour and gave us tons of information about the island and local recommendations.

Zach our guide was knowledgeable about every aspect of the adventure. Zach remained calm even when everyone seemed to be going the wrong way or paddling inefficiently!! Even his jokes were funny😁
