Walking tour in Manhattan Brooklyn Bridge and Waterfront

Overview
NEW: For a special treat, book my new Sunset tour offered at 6 pm on Saturday, and watch the sun set and Manhattan skyline come alive.

All tours are delivered in English, and by the proprietor Scott, and feature small groups. Enjoy a 3-hour, 3-mile stroll with a 30-year resident of Brooklyn. I'll lead you to the most picturesque photo ops and find corners that only a local would know. Learn about the history of the people, eras, and technology that defined Brooklyn's rise. We'll pass by the homes of some very famous stars of TV and film, as well as through shoot locations you will almost certainly recognize from popular TV and films.

You'll end up in NYC's hottest neighborhood, Dumbo, home of NYC's best pizza. Make time for lunch and, during warm-weather weekends, to browse Brooklyn Flea for a bespoke, vintage souvenir.

This is a walking version of my popular, five-star rated bike tour, also listed on Viator.

Scott, our tour gude, is smart, mature, in the know, and was adaptive to us during the tour. He is able to give you as much information that you can handle. We have completed over 53 tours together in over 19 years and have confirmed that Scott's tour ranks among the top 3 tours taken in our lifetime. Explaining the bridge construction, knowledge of the best scenic locations to view, and taking pictures was smooth and appreciated. We were surrounded by high property values, stately townhomes, boutique hotels, government offices, and friendly people. This location has a large well blended cuisine of restaurants, open spaces, parks, and down to earth celebrities as residents. Also, as a recommendation from Scott, Juliana's pizza was the best. Eating homemade ice cream while sitting in the park was romantic. Great tour and highly recommended.

This was one of the best tours we have ever done. My wife and I were visiting from Australia and our tour guide Scott was able to share lots of local knowledge of the area, talk to us about how much the area has changed and show us some the best spots for photos of NYC. It was amazing walking over the Brooklyn bridge and seeing the sites of Brooklyn - Brooklyn is a beautiful neighbourhood. Highly recommend this tour!!!
