The title is deceiving. I just booked the trip and realized it’s not worth it. I already walked outside… there’s no need to use “insider” as you’re on purpose misleading that NYSE is still open to the public. But the clarification is done in the message I received AFTERWARDS … after payment

Thanks for reaching out. The word “insider” in the title of the tour refers to the guide leading the tour, as in they are someone who has knowledge of Wall Street and the finance industry. We state clearly in our listing that this tour does not include entrance into the NY Stock Exchange.
