Did not like the tour Didn’t enjoy Not that much information I wanted to know about the Wall Street not his personal life… Longer then it says I had senior parents that couldn’t follow the guide due his speed

My Uber driver dropped us off at the wrong address. I texted guide twice with updated arrival times. (H)e responded once. 2nd time no response. I arrived at 1:45 and they were gone. I thought the tour went inside the building so I told them to go ahead in 2nd text. Realized later that tour was outside. Would have appreciated a head's up so we could have joined tour, even though we were late. Any chance we can get a credit for our tour and use it next time when we are in NY?
