horrible. i wish i could give them negative stars. these people took us in the storme and they were unprepared. they didnt even have shavels to clear the snow. no snow tires, no snow chains. we got trapped in the storm for 4 hours and they didnt even give us water. we were all hungry and thirsty for 15 hours. and our tour lady act like she didnt even care. then she fourced her plan on us to continue. and then she just disappears, keeping all of us in the cold for 45 minutes. oh not to mention that she lost one of the tourist and she was doing a stand up comedy about it and laughing. then it was dark and cold that she wanted to take us to Philly that we started arguying with her to take us back to NY. and she did take us to NY and we missed Philly due to her being unorgenized. they knew the storm was coming and washington is closed so they should have cancelled the trip or be more prepared. our tour lady was not communicating with us. we didnt know what the next step is. these people have no idea what customer service is. horrible people bad management. i hope they go out of business soon cuz they are playing with peoples lives. and now they wouldnt refund me for the service not provided. please keep your money or book with a different companies. they are not amigos they are malamigos. avoid this like the plague.

Worst trip ever! The tour guide told us about a snowstorm that was coming to Washington DC. Instead of canceling the trip we started driving off to Washington. At 07 we stopped for breakfast and then continued the trip. 1 hour away from Washington we were stuck in the storm for almost 4 hours. Then we quickly got to take pictures of the Congress building. Keep in mind that our guide spoke English in an accent that none of us understood. She barely told us anything about where we were going or the history of the buildings we were promised to visit. After we took our pictures she left behind one passenger cause "it was suspicious if the bus kept driving around the Congress and the police would come". So the poor guy was left in the snow all alone. We quickly rushed to the White house. The streets were closed and we got to take pictures from a long distance. Then when we got to the Lincon building she literally dropped us off and took off with her driver and left us in the cold for 45 minutes! No tour guide about the building or showing us where everything was. She drove off and we all were left in the cold freezing and confused. Then it was time for something to eat. We haven't had anything to eat for 9 hours now. They keep driving and driving and telling us that we'll stop and go to McDonald's before driving to Philadelphia. We pass a lot of drive thrus and restaurants but she refuse to let the passengers go eating because "everything is closed". She claimed that she called all the restaurants beforehand and that every store was closed. When I confronted her about it she told me that all the roads were closed but we could cleary see cars driving off to the sections she told us were closed. After 3 hours (now 12 hours without food) they stop at a "food court". Here they had a Dunkin Donuts shop and a store where you could buy potato chips and sandwiches with tuna. They probably have a deal here cause we saw the guide get free food. Now we're getting back to the bus and she show us a picture on her phone where it said that Philadelphia had 3 inch snow. She told us that we couldn't go there but that we could get a refund. Me and my sister sat behind her in the bus and we saw that she texted her manager that we weren't going to Philly because of the snow. The manager answered that the other busses already got to Philly and that the roads were open and then she answered that it was the passenger that didn't want to go there! Since she told us about the refund I didn't take time to argue with her. We started driving at 05 am and were back at 11 pm in New York. Now she has the nerve to demand gratitudes! I contacted Viator about a refund. I only want 50% of my money back since she did get us to Washington even though the experience was awful. But now Viator won't give me my money back claiming that we didn't go to Philly because of the snowstorm. The snowstorm ended at 5 pm! The roads were clean! The other busses got there but somehow we couldn't. And the manager try to blame it on the snow but we saw the guide text her manager claiming that the passengers didn't want to go. A scam! She even told us that we could get a refund and now they won't give me my money back! So please reconsider using this service! And don't go on this tour! You will be left behind in a city far away in the snow.
