Solo traveler.. This was a very unprofessional tour. Much of the time the driver and guide interacted with their friends, who also attended the tour. It was nice that the guide was willing to translate to English and Spanish, but most of it was in Spanish. She was very friendly but at one point she directed the group where to go to take pictures at our last location and she stalyed on the bus with the driver and their_ friends. I came back to the bus unexpectedly and it appeared the guide and driver were about to go through my backpack. They both acted suprised to see me, the driver returned to his seat and then the guide went to sit with the friends who also stayed on the bus. Very suspicious. We only ate at rest stops and were told the attractions were all closed and we could not go inside. I learned later that this was false. After attending this tour, I realized it was supposed to be a 17hr tour but it took us only 13/14hrs. We weren't reimbursed for those remaining hours. Really disappointed because it could have been so much more. I think the driver and guide were in a hurry to get back to NYC to hang out with their friends.

Carlos the tour guide was very nice and had a great upbeat attitude trying to make sure everyone felt included but there was an incident with the bus driver Elvis where he yelled at me to get off the bus. I’m disabled & had an accident where I injured my leg 2 days before the trip. I tried to cancel the activity but no one answered the phone. My other issue is that there was only 3 of us that spoke English & everyone else was from a Spanish speaking country so the entire day everything was being explained in Spanish. It was very clear that we weren’t getting the same info when he would talk in Spanish for 5 minutes and English 30 seconds. This happened all day. They should’ve listed on the site this would be a bilingual tour! It says it’s in English but that is false advertising. I would never have booked this tour if I knew it would be primarily in Spanish all day.
