2.5 hours total boredom. No whales, no dolphins, not even a fish. Little interaction from the crew. There’s a tour guide but his microphone constantly cut out, hard to hear his speech. They do offer free ride for you, but not tomorrow or this week. If you want to go, take sunscreen and motion sickness pills.

Aloha BinS342, Thank you for taking the time to write a review for us. We take time to read every review to ensure that we are always improving our tours to create the best possible experience. I will address the matter of the microphone cutting out and making it hard to hear. This is a technical problem and we can fix that. As for the Whale Watching Guarantee, I am confused as to what you mean. Our Guarantee allows you to come out with us again for free if you do not see whales and you are able to come out on our next available trip. Our Whale Watching tours have a tendency to be fully booked and we recognize that not everyone has long stays in Hawai'i. Therefore, this is a lifetime guarantee that you can take advantage of until you see a whale. All you have to do is give us the last name of your reservation, or your booking number, and we can take care of the rest on your end. I am not sure if you attempted to contact us prior to the writing of this review, but it may have served you better to open the dialogue with us directly. Be that as it may, we hope your next trip with us makes up for the previous tour. Mahalo, Derek Williams @ Body Glove Adventures

We went on the tour not expecting to see any whales so when we didn't see any we weren't so disappointed. Did appreciate that the company offers a guarantee to go on another ride anytime in the future to try again. One suggestion we would offer is to take some motion sickness pills before the tour. Saw way too many people losing their cookies but the staff was great with providing trash cans, sickness bags, and water.

Aloha Jasmine, Thank you for taking the time to write a review about the Whale Watching Cruise. We are always trying to improve our tours based on the reviews we receive. You are correct, we do offer the chance for guests to have another opportunity to see whales again for free. This is a lifetime guarantee, and even if you come out again and do not see whales, then third time's the charm! We have been spotting whales at the writing of this response so if you are in the area, feel free to give us a call! The ocean is unpredictable. We are always keeping our guests safety in our sights to make sure they can enjoy the cruise they spent money. Our crew are equipped to handle all sorts of issues with no complaints. We agree that motion sickness pills can be a lifesaver if the water decides to take a turn for the worst! We hope to see you again soon. Mahalo, Derek Williams @ Body Glove Adventures

We booked a whale watching tour for an afternoon and they arbitrarily changed our time to the morning so they could take people from a cruise ship instead. We could not go in the morning and they were refusing to refund( we booked the day before) until the tour agency intervened on our behalf. I was very disappointed in their customer service and attitude.
