I mistakenly thought this included the railroad trip. It is in fact a can ride running parallel to the rail and goes past the Canadian border to reach the Yukon suspension bridge. It is an excellent tour.

Thanks for this positive review. There has been some confusion with guests thinking that this tour includes the train. We have been very careful to make sure that our tour description does not say that this tour utilizes the train. With some searching, we think we found the source of the confusion. Someone posted on TripAdvisor a review of our tour. Along with their review, they included a photo of the train. We are in communication with Trip Advisor to have this image removed. This tour has taken off in popularity this year because many your companies canceled thier tours going into Canada because of the challenges with crossing the border. I am happy to report that we have had smooth sailings with our border crossing so far this year. I believe your guide on this tour was Anna. She is an excellent guide and we are excited to have her on our team this year. We hope to see you again. Perhaps next time you can come see us in Haines and come raft in the Chilkat Bald Eagle Preserve!

Our guide Dana Sohm gave us a tour of a lifetime. He was very informed on the history of the Yukon railroad and gold rush. We saw waterfalls, lakes with brilliant blue water but the highlight was seeing a black bear. He took his time so we could take pictures and he took picture of us. Dana was a genuinely kind person and I would highly recommend this tour. Scott and Joyce
