Through an excursion booked through our cruise ship, we rode the railway to the summit and then did the Yukon Suspension Bridge. While suspension bridges are probably the same everywhere, the welcome center was nice, and our tour guide on the coach -- I think it was Candace -- was fantastic. And the railway itself is not to be missed, as I said in another review.

I'm sorry but this is not our company. We do not offer a railway tour to the Summit. Our Summit and Suspension Bridge utilizes our comfortable 11 passenger Ford Transit Van. This allows us to stop and get out for photos which is not possible with the train. We do go to the Suspension Bridge and this one gives an amazing view over the Tutshi River. One of the unique things about this Suspension Bridge complex is that the entire area to explore is via suspended boardwalk. This protects the fragile alpine ecosystem from being trampled and you are able to see, smell and enjoy the variety of alpine wildflowers and plants.
