Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Guests will then meet their personal guide and recieve the necessary equipment Including: life jacket, helmet and paddle.
After your guide double-checks to make sure all equipment is fitted properly, guests then hop on our bus for a short 10-minute ride to the launching point for your trip.

I bought tickets for a 3 hour trip. It barely lasted 2 hours. Our guide "Fish" was absolutely boring.

We had a great time at Big Creek, so much fun! Ask for Lucas he was the best! Can’t wait to go back!

Guides were nice.. manager - not so much. No notice of footing required(and shown with information that was sent to us) so we were charged for shoes upon arriving. Even after mentioning that if I could show the info was neglected). It was shown that we were not informed of this required equipment and not even a discount or partial credit afforded to my large, single parent, military family ?!?! That was an extra $80 bucks and zero regard was given to update, correct, or inform the 3rd party reservation vendor- Viator (to help future people avoid this costly surprise). That was a huge cost and disappointment for my family. So make sure to bring close toed shoes if you weren’t informed!!!
