Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Guests will then meet their personal guide and recieve the necessary equipment Including: life jacket, helmet and paddle.
After your guide double-checks to make sure all equipment is fitted properly, guests then hop on our bus for a short 10-minute ride to the launching point for your trip.

Our guide Sarah was great! She talked us through each rapid letting us know when to help her paddle making my stress level with my kids way better! This was our first time white water rafting and it was super fun! They were right in the fact that we didn't need any experience before this trip! It was a great family day! There was a stretch that we got to swim and the kids loved that!

Great experience for our family's 1st rafting adventure. Big Creek has a wonderful facility, friendly staff, and great guides. We had Casey and his side-kick son for the day. We enjoyed the ride, but found much more talking with our guide about the history of the river, his career and passions. Make sure to laugh at the guides jokes. :)

Awesome experience on the river with Class III and IV rapids. Dylan was absolutely AMAZING and ensured that we had a great experience. He was very professional but entertaining as well. While the river was great, the experience was the BEST because of Dylan. Would definitely request for him to be your guide!
