I was in my element. Brilliant place to visit if you plan to do some serious shopping! We were lucky as it was a sunday and NYC was experiencing extreme weather and so the roads were quiet and the journey took 45 mins max. I have seen reviews saying it can take much longer. Bus driver was efficient and pleasant and we were able to get the earlier bus as there was room for us. I got some excellent bargains x

Got here at 10.30 hour from New York and went to check in,where we got a discount voucher book, then we and had something to eat, which turned out to be the best move as it was quite and could sit anywhere, we out to the shops and shopped till we dropped, my partner misplaced a shopping bag and after asking in most of the shops we went into we went to the north face shop and asked the security man if anyone had handed it in to which he reached behind the counter and gave us our missing bag big relief
We back to the food hall and it was full to the rafters queues at every food outlet
Finally at 3pm was ready to go back to hotel so managed to catch an early coach back it did take 2 hours to get back to New York but will be defiantly going back on our next trip to New York
