I have been to the top of lots of tall buildings, especially in New York and this is BY FAR the best view in the city. Don't even waste time with the others because this gives you the best Southern and Northern views in the city. If you have the opportunity I would suggest getting the Sunrise/Sunset pass and seeing it both at night and day. They regulate how many folks can go up at a time too so you don't feel too overcrowded up there. Be sure to hike around and find your way to the very tip top of the building. Enjoy!! We sure did!

The top of the rock gives great views of the city. We wished we had more time to spend there. There seemed a lot to do at the bottom inside but we had a tight schedule and had to rush off after going to the top. I would recommend visiting it but to allow a good couple of hours so able to see everything inside this iconic building. We wished we had eaten a one of the many restaurant's inside there but we had a reservation elsewhere and had to rush off after seeing the top.

Took 64 kids from UK up to the top and this was their favourite building to visit. Views are amazing across Manhattan in all directions.
