1 mile hike trail, which is both uphill and downhill. After that you'll get close enough from the edge, if you can Lol - that is about 1,000 feet down - to a rock formation in the Colorado River. Horseshoe Bend is the top attraction in both the Lake Powell and Page-AZ areas.

Antelope Canyon

90min tour through the Antelope Canyon with a certified Navajo guide to see red sandstone walls with corkscrew formations, illuminated by sunlight coming down into the slots, which are simply breathtaking. This colorful canyon is famously long and narrow with a walkable corridor at the bottom of the canyon floor. It was formed by flash floods flowing into the cracks of the Navajo sandstone which was then eroded by wind. We had an amazing experience on this tour. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure we got there on time and even hiked horseshoe bend with us to take the most amazing pictures of us. Antelope canyon and horseshoe bend are magnificent. Denny was an outstanding tour guide. The trip starts pretty early in the morning. However, Denny does provide breakfast, lunch, as well as a numerous amount of snacks. We were very appreciative of how knowledgeable he was in regard to the areas before arriving at the canyons. It seems as though Denny travels to the canyons frequently, as he has many great tips and advice for visiting different canyons. Horseshoe bend and antelope canyon offered some absolutely amazing views. The experience was one my girlfriend and I will remember for ever. We would recommend this tour to anyone looking to get out and explore nature in this area.

Huge day travelling through 3 States but did not drag with great conversation with Denny. The sites visited are truly spectacular and the best anti-dote to all the hustle and bustle or LasVegas. Thanks so much for an awesome and memorable day.
