Black Tie delivers your gear at a time that’s convenient for you and does a custom fitting in your hotel room, condo or vacation home. They carry top of the line demo-level equipment for all ability levels. If you need any support during your trip, they are always a phone call away and can meet you on the slopes or back at your accommodations. Returns are just as convenient and easy as delivery. When you are finished with your rentals, they come back to your lodging and retrieve the equipment with no need to intrude on your dining or travel plans. This was our first time using a ski/snowboard delivery service. We will never fight the lines at the ski rentals anymore!! The kids loved how fast and easy the process was for delivery and pickup. We will use them from now on!!

My family has used Black Tie Ski Rentals for several years now, and my experience this year has made me a lifetime customer! With the premium package, I was able to rent my favorite pair of skis to date during our stay in Big Sky, MT. Despite trouble with my boots during day 2 of skiing, a team member was able to meet me at the base area in person to exchange my boots for a better fit less than 30 minutes after I called. With pick up of gear at the door and a great customer service approach, Black Tie makes renting an easy experience!
