We reserved a table about 2 months prior to going as we were a party of 6 and wanted a table at 6.30pm. It gets very busy here expect queues to be seated if you don’t have a reservation. The wait was approx 45 mins to an hour for no reservation. We had the Beyoncé table and a brilliant server. The ambience of the place is great with a rock vibe. We had prepaid for the acoustic menu through trip advisor and feel it was worth the money as it includes a soft drink, main and dessert. We gave our vouchers to the server and he told us what we could order. There was plenty of choice of burgers, sandwiches and salads but it didn’t include any speciality as that would be on the electric menu offer. The food was great and the fries were the best we’ve had during our whole stay in New York! After our mains we were brought 6 brownies as our included dessert. This was chefs choice on the menu and there was no other options for our offer but suited us all fine. Really enjoyed the food, atmosphere and service. Would definitely go again!

Nice atmosphere, fast service, good food and variety of drinks. We enjoyed a bar drink last summer after a show and a dinner this week when we visited NY to enjoy the holidays decoration

If I could give a rating of 0/10 I would! I wanted to spend my birthday dinner here with my wife and adult kids( aged 21 and 23) here cause we wanted a good meal and a great vibe... but we received appalong service! I didn't mind the waiting time of 40minutes to get seated ... but to wait over 30 minutes to try and find the attention of our waiter just to get drinks is totally unacceptable. After we stood up to leave, "our" waiter arrived and tried to make up an apology about cleaning up a broken glass at another table. We left... walked over to Tony's de Napoli where we had dinner the previous night, I explained we did not have a reservation, they immediatly made an exception, took us in and served us with the warmest dignity and the most delicious food! I would recommend them 100x 's over!
