Food was ok music great a little loud but it’s hard rock what do you expect. but customer service is terrible and bartenders steal and pocket your money. Went a few times during my vacation and it became entertaining constantly watching the bartenders steal the restaurants money. They would cancel orders when getting cash after verbally giving guests the costs of drinks, keeping the money as tips. When I requested an itemized receipt once I watched them begrudgingly ring up the items they just canceled. And once I paid with a gift card and they put the charge on a check that I could clearly see wasn’t mine. I don’t need to mention any names specific because it was all of them. Weird a big time place like that things like this go on.

We meet Ms. Debby, at Hard Rock Cafe Time Square, She was very kind and sweet to my family and I. We were here on vacation from Texas. We love the food and will be back! Thank you for your hospitality ❤️

We love Hard Rock Cafe, normally, but unfortunately not this one, we decided to pop in for a drink and food. Initially we sat at the bar, found the barman pretty rude. We were a party of 8 (ordered cocktails), midway through ordering the barman shook his head at me to stop as he couldn’t do more than 2 at a time, however, was serving other customers in between trying to make ours! Customer service is pretty dire, due to this we decided not to eat here. Upon leaving we watched another customer complaining about the service and manner, or lack there of from some of the staff. Honestly, don’t waste your time going here, would not recommend and wouldn’t return. There are lots of other great eateries near by, which we experienced, with better service and service with a smile :-)
