We like to visit Hard Rock Cafe’s wherever we travel and New York was no different. Our server was fantastic and friendly; took the time to ask us questions and get to know us as she served us. I’d say the food is a little overpriced for what you get, especially the “sharer” starters - we wanted a selection of these to pick at rather than a full meal. The atmosphere was great and it is a true Hard Rock Cafe vibe; glad we visited!

If possible, pre book as it can get busy. If you pop in and book a table, they will send you a message for when the table is ready. The food was delicious, and the experience was made even better by Chad, our waiter. He was busy but always had time to assist you in anything you needed,

Our quirky family thing is to visit a Hard Rock in whatever country we can. The Time Square one was such a let down. Appreciate its December and its busy but service needs improving. Firstly they favour volume over service, the tables are so tight and back to back it’s ridiculous. Asked to move table to a table that wasn’t so tight but it wasn’t any better. Allot of people doing this when they walk in and asking to move. No room to stick your chair out and relax or you’re trapping in the table behind you in. Made the reservation months back and requested a booth - not acknowledged. Atmosphere was terrible with no signing or dancing or any form of entertainment unlike other restaurants in Egypt / Tenerife. Waiter wasn’t interested either, lack of 121 service. The worst part was the food, sub standard - fast food type. Burgers were dripping in oil and buns not warm. Horrible experience, such a letdown from a place we love.
