Start times at the Hull's Cove Visitor Center are exact.
Cruise ship passengers will need to arrange travel to Hulls Cove Visitor Center as we have no human transport vehicles. We recommend the Island Explorer (free) or Cadillac Mtn. Shuttle (taxi). PLEASE plan this in advance.
Ebike battery charges last 30 to 50 miles depending on the effort and body weight of the renter.
All ebikes are class 1 (pedaling required) consistent with park service rules
We will text you 24 hours before your rental to remind you of the location and start time.
All ebikes come with an insulated bag, lock, phone holder, helmet and map.
All participants need to be capable of riding a typical pedal bike.

I highly recommend them. The bikes are excellent - I like the straight across handlebars and the easy locking system. Island Time was on-time, gave good instructions on use of the bike and where to go in the park.

The entire Acadia Ebike experience went smoothly and the staff was courteous. We would not have been able to see as much as we did without the ebikes, it was easy to learn how to operate the bikes. The company provided bikes according to our height. The storage on the bikes was great and the cell phone holders were a plus. The carriage roads were not crowded (we went mid June) and there were stretches where we were the only ones on the road. You do need to be careful on the shoulders of the road with the gravel/leaves. Goes without saying that the scenery was gorgeous.
