Afterwards you will be able to commemorate your trip by visiting the restaurant and gift shop located on the estate.

Had a great trip to Mount Vernon on Sunday 24th March.We caught the tour bus at the agreed meeting point got there and back with minimum of fuss.The driver Joe was very friendly and chatty,showing us different points of interest we passed in both directions,and giving us a lot of history of everything,including in DC.The property and grounds were very interesting to see and we enjoyed it very much.The only downside for us was the tour could do with being about one hour longer overall,as we had to rush around towards the end to see everything.This said,we would definitely do this again and would strongly recommend it to anyone.

Tour guides in the mansion were knowledgeable and informative. Our van driver was excellent, both in driving and in providing useful information while en-route.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Mount Vernon touring President George Washingtons house.
We also took a quick tour of the city where George Washington us to hang out at.
The tour was very relaxing and the tour guide was very knowledgeable of the area.
He was also very funny and fun to be with.
There was so much to see you could actually spend a whole day there.
The tour gave us a very interesting and educational experience.
If youre ever in Washington DC you defiantly need to go on this tour.
