Good pick up etc. but the voucher said gratuities included but the driver insisted we pay him the gratuities as an extra, argued about this!

On pick-up from airport, driver did not get out of the car - airport employee helped us get bags in the car.
On airport return, driver didn't show up at all. When I called to find out where he was, was told he wasn't scheduled at all and it was my fault - unacceptable - had to use a different co.

We were picked up at exactly the time they said we would be and transferred immediately to the airport. The only advice I would give is you do not need 45 minutes on a Sunday to get to LaGuardia airport. When I called for pickup, the company insisted I allow 45 minutes. This may be true for weekdays, but not Sunday. We made it in 15 minutes and had way too much time in airport.
