The driver was on time and very polite, helped with our luggage and the drive was smooth and we arrived on time at the airport.

We had to phone several times to the company because they did not receive viator reservation and did not want to book our trip. We we finally took the car they wanted to charge us anadditional amount because viator fare was low. Theyinformed us that if we did not pay extra the chofer could leave us.

Driver was waiting outside 10 minutes before departure time and trouble free service to JFK. Confirmed departure time by mobile 12 hours before pick up time. Straightforward procedure.
