When I called for pick up they didn't have my reservation ! So this was upsetting since I had pre paid .
After about 45min we got it straightened out and some one picked us up.
I found it a bit rude to keep telling us that the tip wasn't excluded! We were going to tip him of course, but apparently many don't ! Over all was ok.

Very efficient service of Viator, the driver arrived promptly to the address. Just did not like the atiude driver require a and quot;tip and quot;, did not accept the amount offered, he wanted the requested amount. That was the only annoying thing happened.

We had to get to Newark from our Brooklyn hotel for a 6AM flight. When I called to confirm I asked if I could move up our prearranged pick up time.They did just that. Got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Would use this service again.,
